This tv stand is perfect - it looks great and gets the job done at a great price. Shipping was about a week. It was well packed with no shipping, and it was not difficult to put together. Doors matched, which I was worried about after seeing other people weren't so lucky.Go 'eers!

The Carson Sonoma Oak TV Stand is a wonderful addition to my living room. When I first saw the picture of this unit I thought the black shelves of the unit would be plastic but I was pleased to find it was all wooden (pressed wood). When it arrived, I had to have help getting it in the house. The box weighs around 90 lbs. so keep that in mind if you decide to get this as you may need someone to assist you with getting in and out of the car and into your house. The instructions for putting this unit together were very easy to understand and follow. It has you to build the unit upside down starting with the top, working your way to the bottom of the unit, then easily (with help) flip the unit over. I first made sure all the parts were included which was made easy as the bags were all labeled and you can reference the instructions for each part. Then step by step it tells you what you need to do and includes detailed images to help guide you. This unit has 2 closed compartments with doors and each has a mini shelf inside. The unit also has 3 lower shelves in the center. The first shelf is about 5 inches high, the second and third shelves are about 5 1/2 and 6 inches high respectively. The unit is 62 inches long, 15 inches deep, and 20 inches high. The instructions state this unit can hold a TV of up to 70 inches. This unit is very sturdy and of good quality. I am VERY pleased with this unit and I do recommend it to anyone looking for a nice TV stand with a little extra storage space.kesa76
